　　The lubrication of sealing machine chain should have the following requirements for lubricant.
　　Better oiliness, can be firmly adsorbed in the inner and outer surface of the chain, not to be thrown off by the centrifugal force of the chain, or to be extruded from the friction point by the load.
　　1、Better penetration ability, that is, it can penetrate into the friction links in each chain ring to form boundary film and reduce wear.
　　2、It should have good oxidation resistance stability, so that it will not accelerate oxidation and form oxides when it is in contact with air during operation.
　　3、The chain needs lubrication no matter where it is, but there is a difference between low speed and high speed, and the low speed mainly uses No.30 mechanical oil.
　　4、The lubrication method of chain can be based on the diameter and speed of sprocket.

　　1、The manual oil lubrication is controlled by oil brush or oil pot until there is oil film reflection at the friction link and no oil drip.
　　2、Drop oil lubrication with oil cup or oiler at the gap of chain plate inside and outside the loose side of the chain, and drop 5~20 drops of lubricating oil per minute until the above requirement.
　　Although chain lubrication is very simple, the use and maintenance of sealing machine need regular and long-term work to ensure the service life of sealing machine and reduce the failure and improve the working efficiency.
